We hit up Tijuana Flats last night. This is a great little restaurant with a really good fresh menu. The ingredients are always fresh. I ordered two tacos with everything on them. There were fresh jalapenos, not pickled but fresh! The food is just delicious. My wife got a nice and thick quesadilla, not some whimpy little thing but a quesadilla filled with goodies.
I love the sauce bar, although some of the sauces do get a bit too spicy for me, but there is something for everyone there.
My soda was spot on delicious, and the friendly folks at Tijuana Flats came to our table and asked if they could get us a refill. This is a bit unusual for a semi-fast food place but I like it!
